Important Announcement: Company Transition and Executive Retirement

As of December 31, 2024, Graham, Whitehead & Manger Co. Inc., operating as Exact Component Technologies, has officially transitioned its operations following the retirement of Lyle Graham, President of the Company.  Graham’s leadership has been a cornerstone of our organization’s success, and we express our sincere appreciation while wishing him continued success in his future pursuits.

Looking ahead, Robert Manger will now operate, Exact Component Technologies, LLC. This is a strategic transition to simplify and streamline our corporation for efficiency and a reduced footprint. Exact Component Technologies, LLC will continue current and existing operations, focusing on maintaining our core srvices with the exception of McInnes Rolled Rings. As part of our year-end transition, we have concluded our representation of McInnes Rolled Rings, a partner with whom we have had a long-term productive and mutually beneficial relationship over the years. We offer our sincere thanks to McInnes Rolled Rings and wish them continued success in their future endeavors.
